Here are our responses to guests’ most frequently asked questions.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is at 4 p.m. and check-out time is at 11 a.m.

Is Wi-Fi available?
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi access through the “Marco Resort” hot spot. No password is required.

Are beach chairs included with the rental?
We provide beach chairs and an umbrella setup on the beach for you.

Do you provide room service?
No, we do have many local restaurants that will deliver to your room, and we do have a restaurant located on the property; Sale e Pepe.

Do you offer valet parking?
Yes, we do! This will be a complementary service as part of your stay.

Is there coffee machine in the unit?
Yes, there is a Keurig in the unit, with a few k cups to get you started.

Do you offer early check-in?
We do if it’s available, but our valet is more than happy to hold your luggage and belongings while you check out the pool or beach until your rental is ready!
